This University was established in Mathura in the year 2001 under the act of U.P. Govt. It offering numbers of courses at Graduate and postgraduate levels with high-quality research, training, education and career-oriented courses and skills.

All the courses are based on semester system and fee can be submit before starting the semester. Such courses offered; B.Sc, M.Sc, B.V.Sc & A.H. are UG level, MBA, M.V.Sc, at PG level, and the university also offers various Diploma courses, and Ph.D. in different streams i.e. Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Biotechnology, Para Veterinary Sciences, Go Anusandhan Sansthan, and Animal Industry & Business Management.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent exam with at least 60% of marks in aggregate (55% of marks for SC/ST candidate) for pursuing admission in B.Sc courses. Admission will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the previous exam.
Candidates who are willing to pursue PG level programs, must hold a graduate degree in the relevant subject, and admission will be based on marks obtained in the entrance exam PGET conducted by the university.
Admission to Diploma course will be done on the basis of performance in Pre- Diploma Entrance Test (PDET). Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognised board to pursue B.Sc. course from the university.
