RKDF University Admission: Ram Krishna Dharmath Foundation University is a private university located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

The University offers education in different faculties and departments i.e. Management, Science, Commerce, Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Technology, Diploma Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Application, Education, Social Science, Agriculture, Architecture, Law, B.H.M.S., Nursing and Paramedical.

The University offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.TECH, BBA, MBA, M.TECH, M.PHIL, M.SC, and Ph.D. level programs available as campus programs as well as online.

They also provide many certification courses for the good development of the candidate. It established as an imperious idea of producing leaders and professionals of the nation.

Seats allotment will be done on the basis of rules of the University which comprises the rules governed by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Truly RKDF University Eligibility criteria

• For undergraduate courses like BBA/B.ED. /B.SC. (HONS.)/BCA/BBA-LLB the minimum eligibility criteria are to pass HSC (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
• If a candidate applies for B.Ed., the minimum eligibility criteria are to pass in any Bachelor’s degree course with 50% marks.
• If a candidate applies for PG courses such as MBA, the minimum eligibility criteria are to pass Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks and valid CMAT score.
• If a candidate is applying for M.Sc. (chemistry), the eligibility criteria is to be graduation in chemistry only.
• If a candidate is applying for M.Sc. (Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences), the eligibility criteria is to Graduate in Botany/ Biochemistry/ Biotech/ LS/MB/Zoology or Biological Sciences.

RKDF Admission Procedure in brief

The admission procedure for undergraduate courses requires the following steps:-

• First you have to register by enrolling your personal details, contact number, your proper address.
• You have to enter your academic and qualification details
• If you are applying online, You have to attach your documents and need to upload your virtual signature
• If you are applying offline, you have to email your soft copy in their official E-mail id.
• Last step is the payment of application fees which costs around 1000.
• Admission will be granted on a first-come, first, serve basis. The selected candidates will lose their seats if they don’t deposit the fee on time. 
• The last date to fill the application form online is 3^rd week of July 2024.

Admission Counselling:

The admission counselling process of the RKDF University conducted by the appointed counselors of this university. The shortlisted  candidates whose name appears in the merit list prepared by this college officials are invited to participate in the counselling process which is done on the University campus by the access counselors of the University. All the shortlisted candidates are required to come with their required documents which are verified by the counselors.

Entrance Test information in details

For undergraduate courses

• If you apply for B.E the minimum eligibility criteria in 10 and +2 will be 45% in aggregate and the marks of JEE MAIN entrance examination
• If you apply for B.Tech the minimum eligibility criteria in 10 and +2 is 40% in aggregate.
• If you apply for BBA the minimum eligibility criteria is passed from a recognized board and passed the CAT/MAT/XAT entrance exam.
• The entrance test has a significant portion of Mathematics, Computer Science, and English.
• The reserved category is allowed a 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility marks.

For postgraduate courses

• Candidates applying for Pharma should clear the GPAT National level entrance examinations for admission.
• Candidates applying for M.Tech should clear the GATE entrance examinations
• Candidates applying for M.Phil. Should clear the entrance examination conducted by RKDF University and have to clear the interview too.

• The application fee in non-refundable so if the registration of mine is cancelled so no fee will given to me.
• If I leave the course in which I get admission in midstream so I agree to pay whole fees of course.
• It is compulsory for me to appear on the day of counselling at the RKDF University on the right time otherwise the registration will be cancelled if I couldn’t attend the counselling on time without any refund of fee.
• Admission and allotment of seats to students will be based on the university norms.
