PRSU Admission 2024-25: Chhattisgarh’s Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) is expected to release the admission application form for the 2024-25 academic session in the month of May 2024. The Ph.D. enrollment process will be based on an entrance exam, and the application fee for the same will be Rs. 500.

Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU) is UGC recognised university was established in 1964 at Raipur, Chhattisgarh by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. The university is named after the first chief minister of erstwhile Madhya Pradesh. There are Twenty-Nine teaching departments in the University. Out of which six departments buildings have been constructed recently.  The university is located in sprwaling campus of more than 300 acres. There are 180 educational institutions affiliated to the University. PRSU is the largest and oldest educational institute located in Chhattisgarh. PRSU Admission 2024-25 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to opt for admission to the courses offered by PRSU must ensure to adhere with certain basic eligibility criteria which are set by the university. Those who fail to comply with these criteria will not be offered admission to the courses which are offered as part of PRSU Admission 2024-25. We have mentioned below the eligibility criteria for various courses.

For UG Programmes: Candidates who wish to opt for PRSU UG Admission 2024-25 must have completed their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a government recognised board.

For PG Programmes: Candidates should have completed their Bachelors degree programmes from a UGC approved university with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks or equivalent CGPA.

PRSU UG Admission 2024-25 

PRSU offers admission to various undergraduate degree programmes in various fields of study. Candidates who wish to opt for PRSU UG Admission 2024-25 must ensure to submit the online registration form before the last date as released by the university. The online application form will soon be released by the university on their official portal.

B.A: Since the candidate must have passed the higher secondary examination with 50% aggregate marks.

B.Com: Although the candidate must have cleared 10+2 examination in Commerce with a sum of 50% marks.

B.Sc.: As all the Candidate must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects according to their specialisation.

BCA: Although the candidates must have cleared Higher Secondary examination with aggregate 50% marks along with Mathematics and Computer Science as Compulsory subjects.

B.Lib.: Since all the students must have passed graduation with second class.

LL.B: As students must have a bachelor degree from a recognised university.

B.P. Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education): Although the student needs to have clear the bachelor degree in a relevant discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks.

Besides, admission is also based on NCTE guidelines.

BA-LL.B: As all the students have passed the higher secondary examination with the recognised university with aggregate 50% marks. 

B.Ed.: The candidates must have either undergraduate degree or postgraduate degrees with aggregate 50% marks. Besides, Candidates admission is based on the guidelines of the Central Regulatory Council and University Ordinance.

B.Voc. : As all the students must have passed 10+2 examination with 55% aggregate marks.

B.Pharm: The Candidates must have cleared Higher Secondary Examination with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Maths as their compulsory subjects.

The PRSU Admission 2024-25 is offered to several undergraduate degree programmes offered by the university. PRSU PG Admission 2024-25

The online registration form for PRSU PG Admission 2024-25 will soon be released by the university on their official website. The university will offer admission to several PG degree programmes which includes MSc, MEd, MTech, etc. Admission to the courses will be offered on the basis of the entrance examination conducted by the university.

MSW (Social Works): Since all students must have a Bachelor degree in any discipline aggregate 40% marks.

Meanwhile, Students must have clear Common Entrance Test conducted by the University.

M.A.: Therefore all the students must have a bachelor degree in their respective subjects with aggregate 50% marks.

Furthermore, students also have to clear the entrance examination. 

MBA: Since all students must have an undergraduate degree in their respective Stream with aggregate 50% marks.

Meanwhile, Students must have clear Common Management Admission Test.

M. Phil: The students must have a post-graduation degree in their respective subjects with aggregate 60% marks.

Meanwhile, students have to clear the University entrance exam.

M.Lib (Library Science): As all Scholars should have passed a degree in B.Lib.I.Sc. With an average minimum of 55% marks.

Apart from this admission is also based on the university entrance exam. 

LL.M: Since all the students must have completed LLB with the aggregate of 55% marks.

Ph. D: Although all the students should have a Post-graduation degree in their specialisation along with aggregate 60% marks.

M.Pharm: Although all the candidates must have Pharm degree with first division even also have a valid GPAT card.

• Although Application form can be submitted with necessary documents with application fee through Demand Draft of Rs 400/- in favour of the Registrar, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. 
• Admission will be done after entrance test & counselling.

Select a college from the 261 colleges that are affiliated to the university. Upload the list of documents that the college ask for. If selected, your name will be on the merit list. The merit list is prepared using graduation scores and the marks obtained in the entrance test.

PRSU Entrance Examination

The University conducts its own level of entrance exam i.e. PRSU-EE. This examination is conducted for admission in different courses such as B.Voc, BLIS, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, M.Ed. and so on. Students can download the form from the link that will be available on the website and after that they need to submit the form online. The mode of examination will be offline and the examination paper will carry a total of 100 marks.

• A home page will open on your screen and click on the Examination section. 
• Now click on the result link and that link on your screen. 
• After this, it will be asked to fill the required details i.e., Date of birth, enrollment number, etc and press the submit button.
