The university has seven schools through which its offers at different levels. Disciplines offered at Poornima University admissions are Engineering, Design and Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc. Undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses are being offered for admissions. BTech, MTech, MCA, etc are few courses that the university offers. Each course eligibility is different from another course depressing upon the level of the course, specialisation, stream etc. BTech- Any students that has passed class 12th with Maths, Physics, Chemistry/Bio with 45% can apply for admission. Poornima University Scholarships

Needy students and meritorious students are offered scholarships at Poornima University. One such scholarship is Merit based Scholarship which is offered to students who have scored extremely well in the entrance exams; Toppers of the entrance examination. Students that belong to the EWS category are offered tuition fee waiver ranging from 25% to 90%. Also, students that scored well in the qualifying examination are offered up to 90% fee waiver. The scholarship list of Poornima is not yet completed. A new scholarship has been added in the list which is Covid Special Scholarship given to students of BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration. What is the eligibility for ug and pg courses at the Poornima University?

Eligibility criteria for UG Courses

• Candidates applying for Bachelor’s Programs like B.Tech need to be 12^th pass from a recognized board. 
• Candidates from General category need to secure 50%. 
• Candidates from SC/ST/PWD category need to secure 45% marks.
• Candidates applying for B.Tech(LE) need to be B.sc pass with 50%  from a recognized university and candidates belonging from SC/ST/PWD need to secure 45% marks.
• Candidates applying for B.sc need to be 12^th pass from a recognized board and candidates need to secure 50% with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry as the required subjects.

Eligibility criteria for PG Courses

• Candidates applying for MBA need to have a bachelor’s degree in the related subject from a recognized university and he/she need to secure 48% marks in his B.Tech.
