NAU.in Fees Structure 2026
The Fees Structure is simply categorized into semester wise. The courses offered in various streams i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Biotechnology, and Agricultural Engineering. A candidate who is willing to seek admission in this University first has to meet with the eligibility criteria. He / She should have passed 10+2 in the relevant subject from a recognized board. Candidates should have passed JEE-Mains examination for admission in engineering.
The courses offered are; B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc, B.V.Sc & AH, M.V.Sc, MBA, B.F.Sc, M.F.Sc, B.Tech (Agri, Biotech), M.Tech, and Ph.D. Admission in PG courses will be based on entrance exam. Apart from such courses the University also offers short-term certificate courses to students so that they can enhance their skills.
The fee for M.Sc. program at Navsari Agricultural University is Rs. 88700. An entrance Test is conducted by Agricultural university. Candidates must have passed 12th class with PCM/ PCB with minimum 40% from any recognised board. The UG application fee is INR 500 and PG application fee is INR 1000.
If any student is willing to withdraw his/her admission, then the request for the same can be done through the internet booking engine. Cancelling of the course will be done on the basis of cancellation rules and will incur a fee at the time of cancellation. Cancellation and refund policy is updated as per the policy of the University.

Navsari Agriculture University Fee Structure & Payment
The University has a payment portal for students from where they can make fee payments. The student has to login in using the registration no./ Roll no.
The portal also views the payment history and the dues fees.
All the fees related information is displayed on the portal.
The University highly recommends paying fees online as it is a very convenient method. Online payment through UPI, Wallets, cards, and net banking is appreciated.
Whereas the university also accepts payment in cash.
