Mohammad Ali Jauhar University was established in 2006 by Mohammad Ali Jauhar Trust . Whereas it is situated in Rampur , Uttar Pradesh . Hence the University is affiliated by UGC . However the University is a Private University which offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses. Therefore the motto of the University is ” Read ! in the name of your Lord , Who has created “. The university offers a wide range of courses i.e. Engineering & Technology, Computer Science, Basic & Applied Sciences, Humanities, Urdu, Social Work, Management, Commerce, Library Science, Islamic Studies, Paramedical Science, Legal Studies, Mass Communication, Home Science, Education, Agriculture and Pharmacy. Jauhar Ali University Eligibility Criteria .
Since, the University sets the eligibility criteria on the basis of previous qualifying examination , personal interview and the entrance exams . Entrance exams are based on some of the courses offered by the University .
Therefore , for Diploma courses candidates have to clear their 10+2 examination form any recognized Board along with a marks of atleast 50% in aggregate .
However, for the admissions in MCA candidates have to clear their 12th Examination with 50% marks in aggregate having Maths as a compulsory subject in 12th standard or Graduation degree . Moreover the admission will be based on the entrance exam conducted by the University .
Whereas , to get admission in B.A. ( Hons.) candidates have to qualify their 10+2 standard examination with atleast 45% marks in aggregate from any recognized Board .
