ITM University Gwalior has recently announced that the admission process for the academic year 2026 will be conducted through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The last date to register for CUET UG 2023 is March 30, and the exam will be held from May 21 to May 31, 2023. CUET PG 2026 registrations are currently open, and the last date to apply is April 19. The CUET PG 2026 exam will be conducted from June 1 to June 10, 2026.

UG admission:
ITM University offers a number of courses with different specializations like BCom, BCom Hons, BBA LLB, B.Ed., and many more courses. The students need to pass their class 12th examination with good marks.
PG admission:
ITM University offers a number of courses with different specializations like MSc, MEd, M.Lib.Sc, LLM, and many more courses. The students need to pass their graduation degree with the minimum marks.
Admission:
ITM university provides admission to some courses on the basis of marks that you scored in the national and state exam. The entrance test is conducted by the ITM university. For Ph.D. and PG courses, ITM university conducts written tests, interviews, and group discussions.
Note: The students have to give various entrance tests.

- Interested students should visit the official website of the college, to start with the application process by clicking on the Admission Tab.
- Download the admission form and submit along with the application fees of Rs. 1000 by Net Banking/Card/DD issue in favor of ITM University, payable at Gwalior with all required documents.
- Students have to write their names and mobile numbers at the back of the DD.
Instructions for students filing form offline:-
- Applicants can acquire the admission form from the counseling cell of the University for a fee of Rs. 1000.
- If paying by DD it should be in favor of “ITM University” payable at Gwalior.
