Hindustan University Admission 2026-27: Hindustan Institute of Technology is one of the well-recognized skill and entrepreneurship development Institute. Hindustan University Eligibility Criteria

B. TECH. / B.DES. PROGRAMMES

• Academic Stream: A minimum average of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Vocational Stream: A minimum average of 50% marks in the related subjects and vocational subjects (Theory and Practical).
• B. Tech (Bio-Technology) : A minimum average of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology

B. ARCH. PROGRAMME (5 YEARS)

• Candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. degree programme must have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

B. DES. PROGRAMME

• A minimum average of 50% in any Stream

• Additionally for the admissions on BBA, B.Com and BCA candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination which should be approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
• Similarly for the admissions in B.Sc. candidate must have completed their 12 examination from any recognized Board with at least 50% marks in aggregate .
• Correspondingly candidates who are willing to take admission in B.Des must clear their 10+2 examination from any recognized Board with any stream with at least a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Moreover candidates who are aspiring to take admissions in MBA have to be 12 passed along with graduate from any stream with at least securing 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized University / Board. They should have a valid score card of CAT/MAT examination.

NOTE: In general for only the PG courses candidates have yo download the application form from the University’s official website and submit it offline to the college along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 drawn in the favour of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai. The rest of the course application process can be done online.
