Dr. Homi Bhabha State University has been declared as a cluster university by the Government of Maharashtra and is recognised by UGC (University Grants Commission). The National Institute of Homi Bhabha – [HBNI] was founded in 2005. It is in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It offers 14 academic programs in research, medicine, and engineering fields. The University has nine science departments i.e. Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics and Zoology. There are two programmes offered by the University i.e. Post Graduate (PG) Programmes and Research Programmes.
Dr. Homi Bhabha State University Fees Structure 2024-25
The University provides various facilities to students such as Library facility, Gym facility, Hostel facility and many other facilities. Students are also provided with placement cell that provides training and guidance to them. The cell helps students in finding jobs and placements after completion of course.
Students are required to submit the fees i.e. Rs 300 as an admission fees. They need to pay the fees through online mode by visiting the website i.e. www.iscm.ac.in. Therefore, all the foreign students need to pay the fees equal to five times of that paid by the Indian students. The University charges various fees from the students such as Lab Fees, Library Fees, Gym Fees, Internet Fees and various other fees. Students are required to pay Rs 800 as registration fees whereas students of M.Sc. by research and Ph.D. students need to pay additional registration fees i.e. Rs 1025.

In Doctorate of Medicine [MD] there are 5 different streams they are as follows Medical Oncology, Neuroimaging and Interventional Radiology, Critical Care Medicine, Gastroenterology & Paediatric Oncology.
