Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Criteria

There are certain basic eligibility criteria which are set by the authorities for offering the Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024. Candidates who are filling the form to get the scholarship are required to mandatorily fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below for various scholarships and categories. Those who fail to fulfil and comply with the criteria will not be offered the scholarship.

SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR BOYS AND GIRLS STUDENTS, GUJARAT – 

          ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria here is students from standard 1^st  to 10^th can apply. Students must belong to Hadi, Nadiya, Valmiki, Turi, Vankar, Senva , Garo-Garoda, sadhu, Dalit – Bava , Matang , Barot, and Thori community. The student must have atleast 70% attendance in school. 

MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SWAVALAMBAN YOJANA, GUJARAT – 

           ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the family of the student should not have an annual income of more than INR 6 lakhs. The students who obtained 65% in diploma and are getting admission in the first/second year of degree course can apply for this. 

The students obtaining 80% in 10^th or 12^th and are getting admission in the very first year of diploma or degree can apply. 

 INSTRUMENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS OF MEDICAL/ENGINEERING/DIPLOMA COURSES, GUJARAT – 

         ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria here is that students those who belong to ST community and are studying in the first year of engineering, diploma courses and medical can apply for this. Also the student whose families annual income is not more than 2.50 lakh only they can apply. After all this the scholarship is only available for  full time  courses from a government college. 

4. SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE DISABLED STUDENTS, GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that students who are disable and are having a percentage of 40% can apply. This scholarship is only applicable for students of class 1 to 12. Making sure that the family income is not more than INR 50000. The student must have scored minimum of 40% in his or her previous examination passed. Along with having regular satisfactory attendance which is mandatory. 

5. HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIP (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that student studying in class 10^th or 12^th and is of SEBC category can apply for this. 

6. POST SSC SCHOLARSHIP FOR GIRLS (NTDNT), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that applicant must be a girl student (which is Obvious with the name itself), studying in class 11^th to PhD level . NTDNT category girl students can apply for this. 

7. FOOD BILL ASSISTANCE IN COLLEGE ATTACHED HOSTELS, GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should be less than INR 2.50 lakhs. The students must be of ST category and pursuing a regular course in a recognized college. 

8. POST SSC SCHOLARSHIPS FOR BOYS (NTDNT) GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria here is that applicant must be a boy student (which is Obvious with the name itself), studying in class 11^th to PhD level . And the annual income for the family should not be more than 1.50  lakhs (in urban areas) and 1.20 lakhs (in rural areas). 

9. SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS STUDYING AT DR. AMBEDKAR OR INDIRA GANDHI OPEN UNIVERSITY (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY

The eligibility criteria here is that those students studying in Dr. Ambedkar or Indira Gandhi open university can apply. The student must belong to SEBC category. 

10. POST SSC SCHOLARSHIP FOR BOYS (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the student must be a boy student, studying in class 11^th to PhD level.

The scholarship can also be applied by SEBC category girl students.

11. POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR ST GIRL STUDENTS, GUJARAT –

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that from the name itself we can know only girl of ST category can apply for this. Pursuing a regular course from a well known university making sure the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.50.

12. POST SSC SCHOLARSHIP FOR GIRLS (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the student must be a girl student, studying in class 11^th to PhD level.

The scholarship can also be applied by SEBC category girl students.

13. Fellowship Scheme for M.Phil. & PhD (SC) Students, Gujarat – 

      ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that firstly from all the sources the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2 lakhs. The student should be of SC category , pursuing M.Phil. or PhD programme to be able to apply for this scholarship. 

14. FOOD BILL ASSISTANCE TO SC STUDENTS, GUJARAT –

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than 2.50 lakh. SC category students who are pursuing medical or engineering courses can apply for this. 

15. POST METRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR OBC STUDENTS, GUJARAT –

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 1lakh from all the sources. The student must be of OBC category studying in from class 11^th to post graduates. 

16. FOOD BILL ASSISTANCE FOR MEDICAL/ENGINEERING STUDENTS (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.50 Lakh from all sources. The student should be of SEBC category pursuing a Medical and Engineering programme in a college-affiliated hostel can apply.

17. INSTRUMENTAL HELP TO SC STUDENTS (MEDICAL, ENGINEERING, DIPLOMA COURSES), GUJARAT – 

                 ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income should be less than INR 4450. The students of SC community pursuing engineering or medical courses program can apply. 

18. EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR NTDNT STUDENTS STUDYING IN SELF-FINANCED COLLEGE, GUJARAT – 

    ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the student of NTDNT category studying in self financed college can apply. And the annual income of the family should be less than INR 2 lakhs. 

19. EBC FEES EXEMPTION SCHEME, GUJARAT – 

            ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.50 lakh for renewal. Student should secure minimum 50% of marks in graduation. Students currently studying in graduation level and apply. Also here full scholarship will be given to students who have obtained 60% or more in class 12^th examination while the students who have obtained less than 60% half scholarship will be provided to them. 

20. HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOLARSHIP (MINORITY), GUJARAT – 

ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that this scholarship is available for students of minority category studying in class 11^th and 12^th . The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.50 lakh. 

21. WAR CONCESSION SCHEME, GUJARAT – 

     ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that only the wards of war martyred jawans , studying in government or grant-in-aid institutions are applicable for the scheme. 

22. FELLOWSHIP SCHEME FOR M.PHIL. AND PHD STUDENTS (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

           ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that students who belong to SEBC category and are pursuing a PhD or M.Phil. course can apply. The annual income of the family should not be more than INR 45,760 from all sources.

23. SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE STUDENTS OF GOVERNMENT COLLEGES, GUJARAT – 

   ELIGIBILITY  

The eligibility criteria here is that students who are studying in government college in the field of art, science and college can apply for this. 

24. SWAMI VIVEKANAND STIPEND SCHEME FOR TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES (NTDNT), GUJARAT –

       ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural area) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for urban area). The student should be of NTDNT category pursing technical or professional course can apply. 

25. SWAMI VIVEKANAND STIPEND SCHEME FOR ITI COURSES, GUJARAT – 

         ELELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the Students who are pursuing ITI (Technical, Diploma, Industrial and Professional) courses can apply.

26. SWAMI VIVEKANAND STIPEND SCHEME FOR TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES (EBC), GUJARAT – 

      ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural area) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for urban area).The students belonging to EBC category and pursuing a professional or technical course can apply.

27. RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP, GUJARAT – 

               ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the post graduated students who are wanting to pursue a PhD research programme in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Zoology and Microbiology can apply. Here they have an age criteria too which is the age of the student should not be more than 25 years . The student should have passed BSc and MSc programme with second class grades in relevant subjects.

28. SWAMI VIVEKANAND STIPEND SCHEME FOR TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COURSES (MINORITY), GUJARAT – 

       ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the minority community students who are pursuing a professional or technical course can apply. The annual income of the family should be less than INR 1.20 Lakh (for rural area) and INR 1.50 Lakh (for the urban area).

29. FELLOWSHIP SCHEME, GUJARAT – 

          ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 2.5 Lakh. The students belonging to SC/ST/SEBC and other categories who are studying in class 11^th to postgraduate level can apply. The minimum percentage of marks scored in the class 10^th exam is 70%.

30. INSTRUMENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR MEDICAL, ENGINEERING, DIPLOMA STUDENTS (SEBC), GUJARAT – 

      ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income 

of the family should not exceed 2.50 lakhs. The SEBC candidates studying in Medical, Engineering and Diploma courses can apply.

31. POST METRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR ST STUDENTS, GUJARAT – 

                  ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the student should not be a repeater in the same class for more than once. The students pursuing their studies through correspondence or distance learning can also apply. The students belonging to ST category and studying in class 11^th to post graduation can apply. The annual income of the family should not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh.

32. HIGHER EDUCATION SCHEME, GUJARAT – 

             ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual family income should be less than INR 2.5 Lakh. The students of class 11^th, 12^th, or college pursuing a course in Engineering, Science, Law, Post-graduation, Fine Arts, Pharmacy, Medical, Arts, Ayurveda, Commerce etc can apply. 

33. POST METRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR SC STUDENTS, GUJARAT – 

                   ELIGIBILITY 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should be less than INR 2.50 Lakh. SC category students can apply. The student must be studying graduation to post graduation level. The students pursuing their studies through distance learning can also apply. The student should not be a repeater in the same class for more than once.

34. SCHOLARSHIPS TO SC STUDENTS FOR ITI/PROFESSIONAL STUDIES, GUJARAT – 

Eligibility 

The eligibility criteria here is that the annual income of the family should not be more than INR 47,000 (for rural areas) and INR 68,000 (for urban areas).The students belonging to SC category and pursuing a professional or ITI course can apply.

How to apply for Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024-25?

The Government of Gujarat has an online application portal where the candidates can visit to submit the online registration form for the scholarship. The form for the scholarship has been released on the official application portal of the government. You must ensure to submit the form before the last date. We have mentioned below the steps which you can follow to complete the online registration for Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2024-25.

  STEP 1:

      Firstly you have to register with the Digital Gujarat Portal. 

You shall go and visit the website of Digital Gujarat

  Click on the login button shown in the above image with red arrow. 

Now if you are a new user you can click on “click for new register “ Like shown below in the picture with green arrow. 

And for the existing user they can login using their email id, Aadhaar number or mobile number. Given below is the picture to guide you with the green arrow. 

New students will have to enter the asked details and save information. 

After saving the information you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number. After entering the OTP your registration will be completed. 

STEP 2:

UPDATING YOUR PROFILE

After you are done entering your OTP. You will be directed to a page where you will have to update all your information which is your profile update. Upload your photograph there and click on update. 

STEP 3: 

APPLYING FOR SCHOLARSHIP

Firstly here you need to login to your registered account and enter your dashboard. 

Select “Scholarship” in the filter option section.

A detailed list of scholarship will be provided.
