CEPT University, which stands for Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology, is situated in the capital city of Gujarat, Ahmedabad. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) in Gujarat will be responsible for filling 50% of the available seats in the B. Arch., BID, and BCT programs. The University comprises five faculties i.e. Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Planning, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Design and Faculty of Management. It engages with students through orientation programs, education fairs, counselling process, personal interaction and many more such activities. The admission policy of this University is on the basis of merit and offers different scholarships. 

Eligibility Criteria of CEPT University.

Accordingly, to take admission in M.Tech courses candidates have to clear their Graduation degree from any recognized University with atleast 55% marks in aggregate. As well as this they candidates will be called on the basis of their merit for the Entrance Exam.

Simultaneously, for the candidates who are willing to apply for the M.Phil or PhD courses are required to complete their Master’s degree. Beside that they are required to seat for the Entrance Test along with that Personal Interview OR GATE or GRE score obtained.

Important dates of CEPT University.

Now, the availability of Application Form for the PG candidates is from  15th January, 2020 and for the UG candidates is from  June, 2020.

As well as the last date of submission of Application Form for PG candidates is from  15th March, 2020 and for the UG candidates is from   2nd week of July, 2020.

Distribution of Admit Card for PG candidates is from   April, 2020 and for UG candidates it is from 2nd week of July, 2020.

Now the commencement of Exam for PG candidates is from   1st to 2nd June, 2020 and for UG candidates it is from   3rd & 4th week of July, 2020.

Moreover, declaration of Result for the PG candidates is on  8th June, 2020 and for UG candidates it is from  July, 2020. 

Also, the announcement of the first Merit list of the PG candidates is on 8th June, 2020 and for UG candidates it is from  4th week of July, 2020 onwards.

Hence, announcement of the Second Merit list of PG candidates is on June, 2021 and for the UG candidates it is on July or Aug 2021 ( will be announced soon).

Application form:

• Rs. 3500 will be charged by the CEPT university for the postgraduate courses. 
• Rs. 1500 will be charged by the CEPT university for the Bachelor in Design course. 

The students need to fill out separate application forms for the different courses.

• You can register with the email Id and set the password. 
• You should remember the registered email id and password for future use.

Firstly the candidates who are willing to apply for the admission process please check the eligibility quality and are required to visit the University’s official website.

There they can apply for their desire subject.

After that they will start filling up the application form properly with all the required details.

However, submit the application form with all the required documents.

Finally, submit the application form along with the application fee through online payment by Credit or Debit Card or by Net Banking.

International Students Admission Procedure

Merit list and counseling:

The CEPT University compiles the merit list by evaluating how well students did on the examination given at the beginning of the admissions process. The university administers a variety of entry exams tailored specifically to each individual program. The students have the ability to download the merit list according to the courses that they have chosen.
