Central University of Gujarat Admission 2024-25

The Central University of Gujarat (CUG) was established by the Indian Parliament under the Central Universities Act of 2009, and it sees dissemination and the promotion of knowledge creation and sharing as its primary goals. The University is dedicated to creating special arrangements for integrated and interdisciplinary courses, to educating and training human resources for the development of the nation, to initiating suitable measures for promoting innovation in teaching and learning, and to paying special attention to improving the social and economic conditions and welfare of the people, especially with regard to their intellectual, academic, and cultural development. According to the NIRF 2016 rankings, the University came in second place among all Gujarati universities and was placed 60th overall in India. The University was placed among the top 150 universities in the nation by NIRF in 2017.

The university provides all necessary facilities to students such as library, hostel, labs, sports complex, seminar hall, Wi-fi campus, cafeteria, shuttle service, medical facilities, gymnasium, smart classrooms, conference hall and many more. What’s new at the Central University of Gujarat?

The second counseling round for UG and PG courses has started.

Candidates must register in the 2nd round of the counseling /registration process from 11th November to 14th November 2022. The registration fee is INR 100.

The Central University of Gujarat has set certain rules for admission to the courses which are offered by them. For UG Programmes: The Candidate should have completed his/her 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a government recognised board.
