BAMU Admission 2026-27: The Marathwada University, commonly referred to as the BAMU University was established in the year 1958. Since its inception, the university has been offering excellent education and has excelled in its field. BAMU Admission 2026-27 will be done to various UG, PG, and research level degree programmes which are offered by the university. Candidates who wish to opt for admission to the courses offered by BAMU Admission 2026-27 must ensure to submit the online registration form before the last date. The online registration form is expected to be released in the month of May 2026.

The BAMU University is popularly known as Marathwada University, it is better known for its high commitment to education excellence. It ensures the best infrastructure facilities, provided with access to practical exposure. It was established in 1958, in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

BAMU Admission 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria:

BAMU offers 50+ UG and PG courses in various specializations. Each course offered has a different process of eligibility. It is necessary to ensure the entire process is followed aptly.

BAMU also offers two research courses i.e. M.Phil and Ph.D. These courses are offered in varied specializations. 

BAMU Application Process 2026-27

Here  is the application process to be followed by the candidates :

• The first step is followed by registration, a candidate has to register at the official website of DTE, Maharashtra.
• Once the registration is done, the candidate needs to fill the application form online.
• The entire application form is divided into different sections like personal details, academic details, bank details, merit-based course selection etc.
• Only online payments are acceptable i.e. application fee needs to be paid online.
• Application fee for non-reserve category candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), J&K Migrant candidates and NRI/ Foreign Nationals/ PIO/ Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries is Rs 1000
• Application fee for candidates of Backward Class Categories like SC, ST, OBC, SBC, and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State is Rs 800.
• Once the fee is paid, submit the form.

BAMU Documents Requirements:

• 10th class mark sheet
• 10+2 education mark sheet
• Degree certificate
• Photo identity proof
• Caste certificate (if required)
• Character certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Health certificate (if required)
• Scorecard of GATE examination
• Scorecard of CAT/MAT/XMAT
• Passport size photograph four or five

Candidates have to appear to the university with these original documents as well as photocopies at the time of counseling.
