Yenepoya University Admission 2026: Application Form, Last Date, Eligibility

Yenepoya University is currently accepting admissions for the year 2026 through CUET. The last date for registration for CUET UG 2026 has been extended to March 30. The CUET UG exam for 2026 will be held from May 21 to May 31, 2026.

Yenepoya University is a UGC accredited university. It was established in the year 2008 and has been given a Deemed to be University status under section 3A of the UGC Act of 1956. The university is located in Nithyananda Nagar, Deralakatte in Karnataka. It ranks 3rd in Karnataka state amongst the best young universities in the state. The university offers many undergraduate, postgraduate, and certificate courses. University is presently accepting applications for the new session of 2026. Application forms are available on the university website for the new session. The campus is surrounded by nature and buildings were built in an environmentally friendly way. The campus also has all the best and modern infrastructure facilities which makes learning much more interesting. There are many laboratories and excellent lodging facilities available for staff and students. The NAAC has accredited the university with an “A” grade. University comes within the top 100 colleges under the MHRD Government of Indian Universities category.

Yenepoya University Application procedure 2026: 

Application forms have been released on the official website. Prospective applicants can either apply online or offline before the last date. There is an entrance exam which needs to be taken for various courses. If applicant wishes to submit the form offline, then the applicant can collect the form from Registrar in person or it can be downloaded from official website. The filled in application form can also be submitted by visiting the “Administrative Office of Yenepoya University”. The Application should be sent to the below address:

Along with the application form, Demand draft should also be accompanied for a positive- sum. It is in support of the University owed at Mangalore which is towards the application and registration fee before the appointed date. There is an application fee which is payable by the candidate. It varies according to the course, but for medical courses it is Rs.1000/-

The payment can be made online, through debit or credit cards. Once the application is successfully submitted, they would be given Admit card. 

Admission Eligibility Criteria in Yenepoya University:

The university has certain eligibility criteria which one needs to meet in order to enroll for courses. The applicant must be of 17 years of age as on December 31st of the academic year of admission. The applicant has to complete 10th and 12th grade. If for medical courses, the applicant should have taken science stream for HSC. Minimum marks obtained should be 50 % and for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe applicants its 40 %. Last but not the least, applicant must be physically suitable.  

The university has introduced M.Lib.I.Sc. which a PG course and duration of 2 years. Candidates should have a graduate in any discipline with 50% of marks can apply into this course.

MSW: This PG program is related to medical and health sciences. It has four semesters which covering two academic years.

Important points: 

University has released tentative dates for exam schedule. Final dates await conformation. 

Applications are now accepted on official website. The last date of submission is on 2nd week of May 2026. The admit cards will be available from 3rd week of May 2026. The entrance exam is scheduled during the last week of May 2026. Results will be declared by the 4th week of June 2026.

Scholarship Policy

• Candidates are eligible for concession only in one category. The categories cannot combine to avail higher amount of scholarship. Please check your category of concession.
• Candidates can apply to the scholarship in prescribed format.
• The Scholarship will not cover other expenses like; hotel expenses, accommodation, transportation fee and other expenses.
