• MBA- Applicants must hold the graduation degree with at least 50% of marks additional to that CAT score matters.
• BBA- Applicants must hold the marksheet of High School.
• MA- One must hold the graduation degree in specific stream.
• BA- Aspirants must have their High School marksheet.
• Certification and Diploma- Aspirants must hold their High School marksheet and certificates.
• PG Diploma- Applicants must have their graduation degree and certificated.

VMOU Admission 2024-25 Selection Procedure

• Admissions to all undergraduate courses (BA, BSW, B.Sc.) are done on the basis of marks obtained in past academics qualification.
• Admission in B.Ed is done on the basis of marks obtained in entrance test conducted by the university.
• Admissions in MBA is also done on the basis of entrance exam conducted by university and  the score of CAT/MAT/CMAT matters.
• Admissions in remaining postgraduation courses other than MBA will be done on the VMOU entrance exam conducted by the university.

The following guidelines would be followed for admission of Foreign Nationals to various academic programmes:

1. Foreign candidates will required to seek admission at any of the Regional Centres of VMOU.
2. Candidates have to choose the medium of instruction as provided by the University for various programmes.
3. Candidates seeking admission in this University will required to submit the application form along with relevant documents duly forwarded by the respective Embassy of the country to the Director, Regional Centre where the concerned students want to seek admission.
4. A certified copy of the valid visa must be attached with the application form.

Admission Guidelines:

• For admission in Ph.D. applicants must be a graduate obtained from a recognized institution.
• Admission entrance fee is Rs. 1000/-
• It will be for 3 hours. There are 100 multiple choice type questions out of which only one option will be correct.
• Questions in the entrance test will be Bilingual.
