Veer Kunwar Singh University (VKSU) has released MBA admission forms for the 2026-27 session. Interested candidates can apply before the deadline of 30th April 2026. Under the provisions of the Bihar University Act 1976 [as amended by Act 9 of 1992], Veer Kunwar Singh University was formed on October 22, 1992, with its administrative headquarters in Arrah. It bears the name of Kunwar Singh, a celebrated freedom warrior and well-known national hero from the year 1857. It is included in the list of institutions recognised by the U.G.C. Act as of section 2(f). Due to their status as constituent or connected institutions of the former Magadh University in Bodh-Gaya, Bihar, all 17 of its component colleges and one affiliated college receive financial support from U.G.C. The university, which is ranked among the top universities in Bihar, has established a reputation as a centre for advanced study and investigation in the cutting-edge fields of science, humanities, and social sciences.

Veer Kunwar Singh University Admission Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to understand the criteria of VKSU. The willing candidates who are ready to fulfil the requirement of VKSU can register themselves. The eligibility criteria are stated below.
UG programme: Aspirants should possess at least 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized University or from any Indian Board.
PG Programme: A candidate should possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
VKSU Admission 2026-27 Process
The application form of VKSU should be submitted online for all the courses that are offered.
- The university also conducts an entrance exam to grant admission in various courses like UG & PG.
- For B.Ed, admission is conducted on the basis of Bihar B.Ed CET which is conducted by Nalanda Open University.
- The minimum eligibility for UG courses is that a candidate should pass class 12 from a recognized board and for PG program as well as the candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree from a UGC granted college.
- The aspirants can also check the details of B.Ed Entrance Exam, the result of VKSU & Exam Date from the official website of VKSU that is mentioned above.
- The answer key of B.Ed entrance exam is also available on the official website of Bihar B.Ed CET.
- The candidates can also check the exam date sheet of PG courses like MA, M.Sc & M.Com for semester examination by checking the official website of VKSU.
- Fill the application form with all required documents and click on submit .
- Pay the application fee of INR 700 and INR 500 for SC/ST candidates through challan to any Central Bank of India Branch.
- Save the registration number and duly filled the application form for future reference.
UG admission:
The duration of these courses is three years. You must score good marks in the secondary examination after that you are eligible to take admission in the UG courses.
PG admission:
The duration of these courses is two years. You must hold a bachelor’s degree with passing marks so that you are eligible to take admission in any specialization.
Admission Guideline:
Following are the guidelines that candidates must ensure while filling up the form:-
- Candidates are required to open a new browser i.e. chrome, firefox, internet explorer etc.
- The form includes 5 sections. Please fill in each section and then click the “NEXT” at the bottom of the page.
- There are some questions which are compulsory to be filled in the application form. The online form will not let you proceed to the Next Section without filling those questions.
- In the last section of the form, candidate will not need to upload a soft copy of their photograph and a soft copy of their signature.
- Please note that candidates do not need to request edit access to fill the form, that option is only for administrators of the form.
