The University offers various different courses . However every different courses offers different eligibility criteria .
Therefore for the admissions in Bachelor degree courses candidates have to clear their 10+2 examination from any recognized Board along with that candidates have to qualify their entrance exams in some specific programs .
Whereas for the admission in Lateral Entry to Diploma courses candidates have to pass their 10+2 examination from any recognized Board having Physics and Chemistry as a main subject .

However, some of the course admissions are only based on entrance exams and PI that is the personal interview. Whereas the following courses which are dependent on entrance exams are –
Therefore for the admissions in B.Tech. courses candidates have to qualify JEE Main or Uttaranchal University Entrance Exam ( UUEE ) which is followed by councelling as well.
However to take admissions in Engineering Diploma Courses candidates have to clear Joint Engineering Examination for Polytechnic ( JEEP ) which will be conducted by Uttarakhand Board Of Technical Education ( UBTER ) .
Whereas for the admissions in B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses candidates have to qualify their UUEE entrance exams which are followed by the councelling .
Moreover for the admissions in M.Tech. courses candidates have to qualify their GATE entrance exams. On the basis of this exam, candidates get selected.
CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT qualified candidates can only get the chance of getting admission to MBA courses.
