Uttarakhand Sanskrit University is a state university located in the city Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The university was established on 21st April, 2005. It has offered various courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Certificate/Diploma, PG Diploma and Doctoral levels in different disciplines. There are five faculties in which multiple courses are offering i.e. Veda-vedang, Sahitya-sanskriti, Adhunik gyan-vigyan, Philosophy and Education.

Candidates who are willing to seek admission in this university first check the eligibility criteria and other guidelines which are given in the information brochure.
Aspirants please fill all the correct details. Attach related documents and Payment of application fee in the form of DD INR 1000/- ( 500/- for SC/ST category ), send it by post to the Registrar office.
Admission to Ph.D. programs shall be done on the basis of PET entrance test. Candidates who passed UGC-NET/SET will be exempted from the entrance test. Candidates who got selected will be invited for Group discussion and Personal interview. Minimum qualifying percentage marks for General category is 50 % and for SC/ST candidates 45% of marks are required.
