Uttarakhand Aawaiya Viswavidyalaya is also known as Uttarakhand Residential University. It offers various courses to students such as B.Voc in different specialization i.e. Hospitality Management, Airport Management, Catering Technology and Hotel Management etc., B.Sc. in different specialization such as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Internet of Things and Biofuels. The University also provides One Year Diploma in English Proficiency, Personality Polishing and Media Management. Students are also offered with Diploma in Data Analytics. There are different programmes offered by the University i.e. Vocational Programmes, Graduation Programmes, Post Graduation Diploma Programmes and Diploma Progammes.

On-The-Job Training (OJT) facility is also provided to students as it is the part of the curriculum that aims to provide training to students about the work and their future career.
The enrollments of B.Voc. at Uttarakhand Aawasiya Vishwavidyalaya are based on the merit of the 12th class. The minimum percentage is required in the 12th class by 50%. The fees for BA (history) is Rs. 25540. The duration of the course will be 3 years.
