This university is a public and state medical university located in Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh. It was established in 2005 and formerly known as U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. It has offered various courses i.e. Medicine, Nursing, Dental, Paramedical, Pharmacy and Multi-Speciality at Undergraduate, Diploma and Postgraduate levels.
Teachers here are very helpful and always ready to help students in every condition. Labs in this college are very proper and sufficient, and classrooms are very good and well designed for students. Before completing MBBS, you have to do a 6 months duration internships.

Eligibility Criteria:
MBBS: Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Biology, Physics and Chemistry subjects from a recognized board. The duration of this course is 4.5 years + 1-year internship.
M.D./M.S.: Candidates must have MBBS degree and duration of this course in 3 years which are semester-wise. Selection of candidates will be based on NEET-PG scores and group discussion.
