Tripura University has released the provisional list for 3rd counseling for M.A IN PSYCHOLOGY for the academic year 2026-27.
The fees have to be paid on the same day of counseling to confirm admission. The candidates can pay via online mode only through Debit card / NET Banking / UPI Payment mode.

Eligibility Criteria for Admissions
For UG Programs: Candidates must passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board in any discipline.
For PG Programs: Aspirants must hold a UG degree with minimum 60% of marks.
For Ph.D. Programs: Master’s degree with minimum 55% of marks in aggregate in the concerned subjects are eligible to apply in the Ph.D. programs.
COURSES PROVIDED BY THE TRIPURA UNIVERSITY
- Tripura university provides various courses in UG and PG fields. As well as they offer Ph.D. courses, research courses, Integrated courses, together with different certified course in different areas.
- There are a total of 42 courses provided by Tripura university for the students. They of course include Ph.D. courses in 33 subjects towards the students.
- LIMITED SEATS: There are limited admission seats for every stream.
- M.TECH in computer science has only 18 seats for the students
- M. TECH electrical engineering has 24 seats.
- MSC ( in various streams) has different no. Of seats for different streams.
- HOW CAN STUDENTS BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION IN TRIPURA UNIVERSITY
- Students can become eligible for the admission in Tripura university by checking their eligibility list as like :
- Candidates have to face the TUET entrance examination. For being eligible for entry.
- For Ph.D. admission, students have to face the Research eligibility test.
- If the candidate wants to take admission in Ph.D. Then they should completed their Post graduation degree with 55% at least. Together with for 50% marks for ST/SC and OBC.
- Then henceforth Ph.D. students also have to face an interview for admission.

Fill all your required details into the form. Accompanied by your valid e-mail id and registered mobile number.
Pay the application form fee. Which is decided by the Tripura university as in 780 INR and for ST/SC/OBC the amount is 580/- INR
This application form fee can be fill by the online gateway method. Along with candidates can pay it in the form of Demand draft, Challan (In like manner it is known as State Bank of India Power Jyoti Challan )
Students should keep their mandatory documents: Students should keep their necessary documents when filling the form.
Documents are Color photos in passport size. The picture should have been recently click.
Students should provide their category certificate for admission.
A single candidate can only apply for three separate courses, at the time of registration form.
HOW CAN STUDENTS BE ELIGIBLE FOR Ph.D. COURSES: Students can apply for Ph.D. courses by manually visiting the Tripura university. The fee charge of Ph.D. course registration is around 300/- INR along with 50/- for ST/SC/OBC together with other backward peoples. Students can pay this amount to university in the form of a Demand draft.
