SVBPUT Admission 2026-27: Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology is one of the renowned & preeminent universities located in Modipuram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. SVBPUT is a state university that administers different UG, PG, and research courses in the field of agriculture, forestry, and horticulture.

The University comprises 6 colleges i.e. College of Agriculture, College of Biotechnology, College of Veterinary and Animal Science, College of Technology, College of Horticulture and College of PHT and Food Processing.

SVBPUT Admission Process 2026

Candidates who are willing to opt for SVBPUT Admission 2026-27 must ensure to comply with the basic eligibility criteria before submitting the online registration form. Candidates can follow the application process mentioned in the next section to submit the online registration form.

The process is very simple for getting admission to the university, the applying candidate need not appear for different exams for the different courses. They just need to prepare for the common Entrance Test of the university i.e UPCATET 2026 exam.

SVBPUT Application Form Filling  Process:

• The application forms need to be filled Online by the candidates.
• The applicant has to download the form from the official website of the university.
• All the necessary details like personal, educational, and contact details should be aptly filled.
• Passport size photograph and signature also needs to be attested with the form.
• The last step is, to submit the fee along with the application form.

SVBPUT Admission Fees 2026

The application fee is applicable in different manners for different caste categories:

The fee must be submitted online by the applicants using Debit/Credit card/Net banking.

SVBPUT Admission Eligibility Criteria : 

Students should thoroughly go through the eligibility criteria before applying for admission into the university.

The following details should be adhered carefully:

• The age of the candidate must be between 17 to 25 years for admission into B.V.Sc.& A.H courses.
• And a candidate should be of age between 16 to 22 years for applying to various UG courses.
• There is no age limit for admission to postgraduate courses.

NOTE: relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit is given to SC/ST/OBC candidates.

The candidate should be a native of Uttar Pradesh and fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for admission to the university, it applies to

• Any candidate staying in UP for the past five years.
• Any candidate who doesn’t reside in UP but has his/her father’s residence in the state.
• Any candidate whose father is not native to UP but is residing in the state for the past 5 years.
• NRIs whose ancestors are from UP can also apply admission to the university.
