The State University of Performing and Visual arts {SUPVA} was founded in 2014. This University is located in Haryana and it offers Undergraduate courses and integrated foundational programs.

This University focuses on areas of Design, Architecture, and Film and provides courses in these fields.

Program Overview:

The University runs 14 UG and 4 PG programs. The duration of UG programs are four to five years and are formulated into a two-tier structure, in First year FFP Faculty Foundation Program and the rest of the period in the requisite specialization scheme. 

They organize seminars, workshops, and lots of other things, and these things are very useful when students attend the seminars, and events, they can learn from their mentors and many experts who come and visit their campus and provides them with full knowledge and practical knowledge about the job and technical fields. 

From this session the University offer, 14 new Certificate, and Diploma Courses to provide a wide range of professional programs to its candidates.

Courses offered by the SUPVA:

As mentioned earlier, the University offers courses in the field of Design, Arts, Film, etc. Under the State Institute of Fine arts, the following courses are offered

SUPVA Admission Dates 2026

The University has announced the following admission dates and candidates can make use of the information

SUPVA Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates applying for Bachelor courses should be 10,+2 passed with 50% marks from a recognized board.

However, students, especially from the State of Haryana minimum marks, should be 47.5% marks.

And for B.Arch courses, based on NATA score, admission will happen.

UG and PG admission:

The State University Of Performing And Visual Arts provides a number of courses with different specializations under the UG and PG programs. You have to pass the secondary examination and bachelor’s degree examination with minimum requirements to get admission in UG and Pg programs respectively. The requirement for subjects for each course is different. You also have to pass the entrance examination.

SUPVA application procedure:

The application procedure of the University is through online and candidates are supposed to read the complete instructions available on the website.

Candidates are supposed to download the application form, fill in all the details and submit the form. There is a payment fee that needs to be made online or via demand draft.

Once the payment process is completed, the candidates are selected are based on Merit criteria.

Important Points to Remember:

Provisional admissions are done on the basis of online submission of application form and relevant documents. Admission are done only after the verification of original documents.

Candidates will be responsible for any discrepancy found in any stage of admission process and even later. In that case, admission will stand canceled and also an action can be taken as per law.

SUPVA Merit-based Criteria checklist:

The selection process of the University is based on the following Merit-based criteria.

• 10,+2 which is 30% weightage of Merit
• 50% of weightage goes to the Entrance test
•  And 20% of weightage goes to the Creative skill test

The State University Of Performing And Visual Arts starts counseling sessions for those students who have their names on the merit list.
