Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) is a state university located in the holy place Tirupati , in the Andhra Pradesh state of India . It started its journey in 2005 with a main focus to increase education research in Veterinary Sciences and Fishery Sciences in the state.
SVVU offers various undergraduate programmes as Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in dairy products , Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry ( B.V.Sc. & A.H. ) and Bachelor of Fisheries Sciences ( B.F.Sc .) etc. The university also offers post graduate programme in Veterinary Sciences such as M.Tech, M.Sc, M.V.Sc etc and research programs and diploma courses in animal husbandary are also available.

(Agriculture) will be INR 8510 per year. The candidate should be passed his intermediate. The fees for B. Tech. food technology is INR. 8510/-.
SVVU Fee Structure
The fee structure is reasonable and it is different for all the courses offered by university . The admission in any course is entrance based as the willing candidate must have cleared its previous academic year with good marks in the relevant subjects and then appear in state level entrance exam i.e. AP EAMCET followed by counselling. For admission in research programme the candidate have to face a personal interview conducted by the university.
The university offers very good placements to every student . There is a plenty of jobs in feed companies, private and government vet hospitals etc as clinical practitioner, veterinarian, veterinary assistant surgeon, entrepreneur or student can also run their own farm of animals.
