Sri Sai University has five departments; School of Engineering & Technology, Business School, Applied Sciences, School of HuMAnities & Social Sciences, and School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research.
School of Engineering & Technology has further divided into six Departments such as; Computer Science & IT, electronics & communication, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and applied sciences. It offers 4-year B.Tech. program and 3-year BCA/MCA program in Computer Science & Information Technology.

School of Applied Sciences has further divided into B.Sc. Hons ( Chemistry, Physics ), M.Sc. ( Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Zoology, Botany ) and M.Phil. ( Physics, Chemistry ). Courses offered; B. Sc. Hons, M. Sc., M. Phil, and Ph. D.
The School of Humanities & Social Science has further divided into the department of English and Economics. BA, MA ( English and Economics ). School of Pharmaceutical offers a 4-year B. Pharmacy Program.
