Selection to 25% seats in B.Tech is done through JEE Main score and 75% seats are through merit based in qualifying exam. Admission in M.Tech is through 75% by merit in the qualifying exam and 25% is through GATE score. Selection to Ph.D. is done on the basis of qualifying examination, entrance test, and interview conducted by the university. CAT/MAT/CMAT scores are preferred for the MBA candidates admission.
The duration of Diploma and certificate programmes offered by the university ranges from 3 months to 2 years. The maximum PG courses offered by Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University are of two years. The UG courses offered by this university are of three to four years.

- Second, fees can be paid via online modes (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking)
