SKBU Admission 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria
The admission criteria is simple to understand. Candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria may apply to this university for any of the course. The university conducts an entrance exam for admission into the postgraduate courses.

Sidho Kanho University Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates will be deemed eligible for admission only if the following criteria have been met.
- B.Ed. eligibility – The students must have scored 50%marks in their post-graduation. And for the reserved categories like SC/ST.OBC, the minimum requirement is 45 % marks in post-graduation.
- For applying to masters degree like masters in mathematics, social science, etc, a candidate should have scored at least 50%marks.
- The maximum age for application to B.Ed.. program is 37 years.
Sidho Kanho University Selection Process:
The selection process is very simple. The admission to the PG courses is based upon an entrance exam conducted by the university. The entrance examination is conducted after a thorough analysis of the number of applicants, seats available, and the decision of the university.
The number of applicants depends upon the merit list. If the students score marks as per the bars and standard marks depicted in the merit list, students become eligible for admission to various courses in the university.after which students are required to provide all the original documents to the university for verification.
The reserved candidates like those belonging to SC/ST/OBC caste need to show up their original caste certificates. The admission process is completed when the students make the payment of the fee. The students who clears the entrance examination, they are called for the councelling process.
