SSMMS-Customer Registered List

- Then select the “Customer Registration” option from that list.

- Your name will be displayed in the list in case the record of it is present.

- Then once the home page opens you need to click on the “application for bulk sand” tab
- Thereafter, Select “existing user” and log in with your user ID & password .
- In order to check the status, go to the “my applications” tab .
- List of your applications will therefore appear along with the status.

Q)Is there any fee applicable for customer registration?
A) No, fees are not required for customer registration
Q)I am not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile number, what could be the reason behind it?
A)The OTP is always sent to the registered mobile number. However, if the number is no longer in use, the current number needs to be updated on the Aadhar card.
Q) What can I do if I forget my user password?
A)In such cases, you need to click on the “Forgot Password” button and a link will be sent to your mobile number or registered email address. The password can be changed after that.
