PSSOU Admission 2026-27 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to opt for PSSOU Admission 2026-27 are required to fulfill certain basic eligibility criteria which are set by the university for admission to the courses offered. Those who fail to adhere to these criteria will not be offered admission to the courses. We have mentioned the eligibility criteria for various degree programmes offered by the university.

For UG Programmes: The candidates should have completed their 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks from a government recognised board.

B.A.: The candidate must have passed the higher secondary examination with aggregate 50% of marks.

B.Com: Since the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in their respective subjects with aggregate 50% marks. 

BBA: The candidate must have cleared 10+2 examinations along with aggregate 50% marks from a recognized board.

B. Lib & I. Sc: The candidates must have cleared the higher examination or any other equivalent exam from a recognized University.

B.Sc.: firstly, The Candidate must have passed the higher secondary examination with 55% aggregate marks with their respective subjects according to their specialization.

Undergraduate Diploma: The students must have qualified higher secondary exams from a recognized board to be eligible for an undergraduate Diploma.

PSSOU PG Admission

In order to opt for admission to the postgraduate degree programmes which are offered by the university, the candidates are required to submit the online registration form before the last date. Also, the candidates must ensure to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria set by the university for various courses offered. In order to opt for PSSOU PG Admission 2026-27, the candidates should have completed their Bachelor’s degree from an UGC approved institute with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.

M.A. – Although, the Students must have a Bachelor degree in with aggregate 50% marks.

M.S.W (Master of Social Work): The candidates must have Bachelor Degree in any discipline. 

M.Sc.: Since all students must have a bachelor degree in respective subjects along with a sum of 50% marks.

M.Com: Although, students must have an undergraduate degree in commerce.

PSSOU Admission Form 2026

Following steps to apply:

• Firstly students have to visit the University Website Portal
• After that, they have to register themselves by click on the New Registration. 
• In which candidates have to fill in the details of their mobile number and email id.
• They will get login credentials, by using these credentials one can fill the application form.
• Although students have to fill the application form and also attach all necessary documents. 
• After filling all the information in the form students need to pay the application fee of Rs.100/- through available online payment options.
• Moreover, when the candidate submits the form they will receive a confirmation message on mobile number, which they provide earlier.
• The application form and fee will be verified at the Test Centre.     
• Remember, the amount of the PSSOU application fee is non- refundable.
• Mode of Payment :- Candidates can make the payment of the fee through – 1.Online payment gateway using Credit card/ Debit card/ Internet Banking. 2. Bank Challan (Grameen Bank, Bank of Baroda).
• After paying fee , they will receive confirmation through SMS.

Required Documents

At the time of registration, candidates are required to submit some documents along with the form. Candidates need to upload the right documents with the right information, if later on documents are found wrong, then an action shall be taken.

Registration fees:
