Eligibility Criteria to the undergraduate courses is based on the minimum marks obtained in Senior Secondary education. A student needs to obtain at least 35% marks with having Maths + Science as their subjects. This criterion applies to the polytechnic courses.
Eligibility to the B. Tech Courses is also based on marks obtained in 12th examination. A student needs to have subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Vocational Science, etc. And she/he needs to obtain 45% marks (general) and 40% marks(SC/ST).
The oriental university offers diverse facilities of Hostel, Sports Stadium, Conference hall, seminar halls, super market, access to banks, and other facilities like ATM, etc. It also propounds a beautiful big library for the students to have a separate place of peace to study in.
