Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism & Mass Communication is a Public university was established in 2005 by the government of Chhattisgarh in Raipur. Moreover, the university was inaugurated by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Although KTUJM is recognized by UGC”. Previously this university named in the Late Sri Kushabhau Thakre who was a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Activist, In the year 2026 new firmed Govt. in Chhattisgarh determine to change its name as Chandulal Chandrakar Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya.

KTUJM Admission Procedure 2026

The admission to Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar Vishwavidyalaya is held in online mode. To apply, a candidate has to visit the official website of the university, ktujm.ac.in . There, scroll downwards and click on the ‘Online Admission – Apply Now’ tab. After the page opens, tap on the ‘CLICK HERE TO FILL ONLINE ADMISSION FORM SESSION 2020-21’ tab. 

Before applying, the candidate needs to check the eligibility criteria. The university takes admission on the basis of a merit test – an entrance examination that is help by the University at a national level.

If the candidate is a new applicant, then write down Name, Email id, Phone number and the OTP send to the phone on the details. Hence, the registration will be done.

 Now, press on ‘Login’ and type the mobile number and then verify the OTP send to the phone. Then click on ‘Login’. Thus, the admission form will open up which will contain some of the following details:

• Lastly, students have to clear the entrance test for Admission.
• Pay the application fee which is INR 300 (General Candidates) and INR 150 (SC/ST candidates).
