How to Apply for PFMS Scholarship Online 2023

Step by step procedure to apply online for the PFMS scholarship in the year, 2020.

1. At first visit the Official Website of the PFMS Scholarship (Public Financial Management System- Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance) mentioned above.
2. Once you reach the Homepage, Click on the “PFMS Scholarship Student Registration” option.
3. Now, Select the “Scholarship to Universities/College Students” option and enter the required information.

8. Bank account number
9. Click on the drop-down menu, select the category

PFMS Eligibility Criteria

The Beneficiary Guidelines for a candidate to be eligible to register and be selected are as follows; 

1. The age group of the applicant must fall in between the range of 18 to 25 years.
2. The annual income of the candidate should not be more than Rs. 6 lakh.
3. The candidate must at least have passed 10th Class.
4. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
5. The students should secure the top 20 positions in class 12th examination

Pre-Matric Scholarship for SC Students:

1. The student should have SC Certificate
2. The students should study in class IX or class X
3. The annual income of the family should not be less than INR 100000 P.A.

PFMS Direct Benefit Transfer

The names of the students, who will be getting  the scholarship amount under the PFMS scholarship 2020 were declared by the central government. The beneficiary amount will be directly transferred to the bank account of the students. The students will get the amount through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
