KIIT Eligibility criteria-
Aspirants can check the eligibility criteria on the official website of the University. KIIT has different eligibility criteria for different courses as follows:-
● For B.Tech course (4 years) To matriculate into the following course, aspirants should have qualified the HSC with at least 60% marks along with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects.
● For B.Tech-LE( 3 years) Candidates should have the 3 years of engineering course diploma from a recognised board. The applicant should have at least 60% marks of total.
Note- To apply for above both the respective courses, the applicant must have been born on or before 1/07/1996.
● For M.Tech course- To get admission into this course, applicants have done B.Tech or its equivalent or AMIE from a deemed university. The candidate who has given the GATE exam and scored more than 400 marks need not to write KIITEE. Although he will get direct admission.
Entrance Exam (KIITEE)-
The KIIT entrance exam is also called KIITEE. This exam is conducted by the KIIT university every year. KIITEE 2026 will be conducted online on different dates for different courses. The exam will be held from July24 to August 2, 2026. The results will be declared in the month of August and counselling for the courses starts from the month of September 2026. It is mandatory to give the entrance exam to be eligible for the counselling session. Applicants can download the admit card from the official page of the university.

Scholarship Scheme
The University provides different scholarships to deservable students to encourage them more in achieving the success. There are different scholarships, stipends and free relaxation in fees. Various scholarships such as KIIT Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarships, KIITEE Merit Scholarships, KIIT International Scholarship and many more. The University provides Rs 49000, 51000 and 53000 as stipends for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year respectively for each month in courses such as Doctor of Medicine, Master of Surgery and Master of Dental Surgery.
