Kazi Nazrul University has set up in the year 2012. Along with the university is recognized as a primer educational institute which has placed in the states of West Bengal. The university offers various courses. Likewise, under graduation course, post-graduation course, and Ph.D. course with research course. 

There are 14 government degree colleges, 5 private non-aided institutions and 2 private non-aided law colleges affiliated to the university. The university was developed to offer quality education to the students of state. The faculty is qualified , interactive and expert in their respective subjects.

The university provides multiple methods in the field of education. 

Kazi Nazrul University comes under a private university.

University provides under-graduation courses like BSc in various fields (including Chemistry, Statistics, Zoology, Physics, Maths, Botany, Computer science, Animal Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.), BBA, B.Com (regular and honor together with BCA). 

Along with this, the university also provides B.A. regular and honors courses in various languages and different specializations.

Along with all the universities, of course, provide the LLB course in the legal department. 

Undermaster’s degree, the university provides M.A. M.Com. MSc into various streams. Along with the university, of course, provides the master’s degree LLM. 

Together with the university provides Ph.D. and Mphildegree into History and English subject. 

Kazi Nazrul University Admission procedure for applying

Candidates who are thinking to take admission into the university in the U.G., P.G., and research with Ph.D. courses. Forthwith they can follow the easy offline procedure of applying for admission into the university. 

Candidates can visit the university manually. Along with they can take admission forms from the university office. 

Candidates can submit the admission form. Along with they can also matter their mandatory documents with the admission form. 

With all these details, candidates can make the fee manually for the admission.

Candidates no need to face any entrance exam for the admission into the university, although there is an entrance exam for some course. 

Kazi Nazrul University Eligibility criteria

If the candidates want to take admission into the university. Forthwith they can keep their eye into the eligibility criteria. 

If the candidates want to take admission into the Ph.D. and Mphil department. Forthwith they should own a 60% score. Together with, they should, of course, possess a master’s degree. Along with candidates, of course, have to face the GATE entrance exam. 

Integrated M.Phil-Ph.D. Admission will be made through the written test followed by a viva-voce. Candidates who have qualified the UGC-NET/UGC-CSIR NET/SET/SLET/GATE will be exempted from the written test.

The duration of M.Phil-Ph.D. integrated course is minimum four years and maximum of eight years.

The scholarship program offering to women candidates and person with disability one year in M.Phil. and two year in Ph.D. program.

Admission in the Ph.D. field has done on behalf of the entrance exam. Personal interview. Academic performance.

Reservation category gets it befits as per the government benefits. 

Concequrntly candidates who want to take admission into the LLM course. Forthwith they must have 50% into their bachelor’s degree. Along with the admission is done on behalf of the merit list. 

Along with admission in any master’s degree needs 50% marks into a bachelor’s degree. 

Admission in Law (LLB) requires a 45% score with a 10th + 12th degree. The admission would be made on behalf of academic score and merit name. 

Candidates who want to take admission into any of the bachelor’s degrees. Forthwith the candidates should own 45%, and a good academics report for the admission.
