The University of Kalyani provides various courses under different programmes i.e. Under Graduation (UG) Programme and Post Graduation (PG) Programme.
Kalyani University Fees Structure 2026-27
Students of the University can submit their fees through online mode and following are the steps for the online process of submitting the fees:-
Step 1. Students are required to click on the check-box that is present at the left side of the tab “Online Application and Payment Form” so that they can start filling their online form.
Step 2. Then, candidates are required to select the type of application and after that form.
Step 3. First Page is referred as “Basic Information Page”. In this students have to fill their details.
Step 4. After the above page, students will be directed to summary page where they can re-check their details.
Step 5. After the summary page, students will be directed to payment page and there they will be ask to choose the method of payments i.e. Credit card, debit card, net banking, cash challan or through NEFT. So, students must choose according to thei suitability.
Given below are some instructions that the candidate must keep in mind while making the payment:-
- Students must choose the mode of payment very carefully and they must not cancel or refresh the payment page while processing.
- After the successful payment, students will be automatically directed to e-receipt page

What is the process to make fee payments at Kalyani University?
To make fee payments at the university, you need to go through the following steps:
- Visit the payment portal provided by the university: University of Kalyani
- Click on “Online Fee payment”
- Click the check-box to agree with the terms and conditions (a Red button will appear once you click the checkbox. Click once more on the red button to open the Online Form
- Select Application Type
- Select Form
- First Page is the “Basic Information page”, here you have to fill in the Applicant details
- Summary Page will be displayed, please check all the details are correct
- Click “Next”, go to the payment page, and pay the charges according to your preference i.e ( Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, Cash Challan, and NEFT )
- There is an option to download or print the e-Receipt after successful fee payment.
