National test agency (NTA) conducts JEE exams for the students interested in taking admissions in engineering colleges. Every year NTA conducts JEE exams twice in a year. Firstly, students give JEE Mains exam and, if they pass the mains exam then they are allowed to give JEE Advanced exam. After passing JEE Advance, students get options to take admission in colleges based on their score in the exam.
This year National test agency (NTA) announced the result of JEE Mains for the 1st session on 31st January, 2020 and for 2nd session on 30th April,2020. There are more than 100 colleges in India who accept the scorecard of JEE. This gives students vast options to have opportunity to take admission in engineering college.
National test agency released the JEE Mains cutoff for 2020 in online mode after the result was announced. The candidates who fulfill the prescribed JEE Mains cutoff are allowed to attempt JEE Advanced exams.
JEE Mains exams were conducted in online mode i.e. computer based test. Total time allowed to students was 3 hours’ maximum. All the questions are asked in multiple choice questions (MCQ) format.
