Jadavpur University Fees Structure 2026-27
Jadavpur University financially supports the students as students come from middle and lower income group so, the university helps them to meet their educational expenses. They provide various scholarships to students and reduces the tuition fees.
The students can fill out the application form online through the official website of Jadavpur University and need to upload the required documents. The registration fee is INR 500, which can be paid through a credit card / debit card or net banking facility. The 1st year fee for the BA course is Rs2400.
The University provides accommodation facility to students. Students who are willing to utillize this facility has to submit Rs 3000 at the time of admission and have to pay monthly seat rent & electricity charges i.e. Rs 15 and Rs 10 respectively. But, students belonging to M.Phil. and is a Research Scholar has to pay Rs 300 and Rs 150 respectively for seat rent & electricity charges.
Candidates who are applying in hostel then they need to fill all the entries and submit all the prescribed fee as per the rules and regulations of the hostel authority.
If a candidate wish to apply for more courses then he/she need to fill separate form and also fill the separate fee for each course.
Candidates are advised to make payment of semester fee and other fee timely.
