The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently announced the dates for JEE Main 2023 on its official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The first session of JEE Main 2023 was conducted on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, and February 1, while the second session is scheduled to take place on April 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. To appear for the NTA JEE Main 2023 exam, candidates need to register and fill out the application form online at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
IIT- Indian Institute of Technology, it is dream of every engineering student to get admission in IIT. Every year students study hard to pass JEE exams and get admission in IIT, it is a privilege to study from IIT. IIT is most appropriate place for you, if you are a technology enthusiast and want to get top notch level of education. History of IIT
IIT are public institutes established for higher education, governed by the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961 that has declared IIT’s as institution of national importance. IIT’s are considered as the most premiere engineering colleges in India. The first ever IIT to be set up was IIT Kharagpur, established in 1951.
Eligibility and admissions in IIT
To be eligible to get admission in IIT you need to meet some eligibility criteria, that is you should have passed 10+2 exams with major subjects mathematics, physics and chemistry.
IIT’s offer various programmes, if you want to get in any of the programmes you need to pass the entrance exam.
A joint entrance exam popularly known as IIT-JEE is conducted to get admission in graduation degree. In IIT-JEE candidate’s knowledge about mathematics, physics and chemistry is checked.
To get admission in post graduation programme you need to give entrance exam based on the programme you want to go for, some example of entrance exam are GATE, CAT, CEED, JAM, etc.
For PhD generally interviews are held, also it depends on the authorities that they want to conduct written exams or not.

IIT’s are known for offering top notch undergraduate and postgraduate engineering programmes.
