Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science Fee Structure and Courses 2026: IACS institute is one of the most active oldest research institute in the country ,founded by Sir Mahendra Lal Sricar in 1876. It is a UGC (University Grants Commission ) approved ,Deemed university located in the Kolkata, West Bengal , India . The courses offered by the university is mainly research oriented and only goal is to produce highly qualified world class scientists. It is the institution where Sir C.V.Raman conducted his research on the famous Raman Particle, and honoured by Noble Prize .

IACS University Fee Structure
IACS courses offer undergraduate , post graduate , integrated graduate & post graduate , integrated post graduate & doctoral course as well as doctoral course ( Ph.D. ) mainly in science subjects . These all programmes are available in various specialisations preffered by the student . The aspirants who are willing to get admission in this university must qualify the previous academic record from a reputed institution and then need to appear and secure best rank in the entrance test conducted by the university as UPST /MPST /UGC NET /CSIR-NET /GATE /JEST or any other national level entrance test . The merit based selected candidates got the admission after the interview.
