HBTU provides both Online and Offline mode for filling an application form.
ONLINE MODE-
- Candidates seeking admission needs to visit the official website of the University. First should check the eligibility criteria whether they meet it or not after that they can apply.
- Navigate yourself to the ‘Admissions Tab’ and then to ‘Apply Now’.
- Application tab appears- Fill all the valid details asked in the form.
- Upload the scanned documents and re- check all the details before submitting the form.
- Once the form is submitted, pay tab appears- Make the payment as per your respective course and category.
NOTE- Application fees can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card or through Net Banking.
OFFLINE MODE-
- Candidates seeking admission can download the application form by surfing the official website of the Institute mentioned above.
- Fill the form precisely and neatly with all the valid information asked.
- Attach all the necessary documents with the form.
- Post the form or hand it over to the main office of the University.

HBTU ELIGIBILITY AS PER COURSE: –
- B. Tech- As this is a bachelor course, candidates must have high school mark sheet with minimum 75% marks and in additional to that he/she should have appeared in JEE Main exams.
- B. Tech (Lateral)- As this is a bachelor course, candidates must have high school as well as college’s 1st year mark sheet with minimum 75% marks and in additional to that he/she should have appeared in JEE Main.
- M. Tech- Admissions in masters course requires a candidate to have UG mark sheets with minimum of passing marks, and he/she should also have appeared in GATE exam.
- PhD (Doctorate Course)- This is a higher-level education; a candidate needs to hold all the necessary certificates and documents of post graduation. It is also necessary to have the graduation and post-graduation documents. The candidate must complete a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the relevant field.
- MBA- Admissions in masters course requires a candidate to have a hold on under graduation mark sheets with minimum of 75% of marks.
- MCA- Admission in this post graduation course requires a candidate to hold graduation degree with minimum of 60% of marks, and also the candidate mush have appeared in IEMJEE exam.
- M.Sc.- Admission in this post graduation course requires a candidate to hold graduation degree with minimum of 75% of marks, and all the necessary documents.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: –
