The HARTRON SETC 2023 exam dates are meant to be from 22nd March to 5th of April at Panchkula and 5 to 9th of April in Gurugram. The admit card will be released on 16 march of 2023. ADMIT CARD – HARTRON SETC 2023:-
The admit card of HARTRON SETC 2023 will be issued to the eligible candidates after the proper verification process of the employment on the date and time of the test hence the status of the application can be obtained from the official site of the authority
• The aspirant needs to bring out the original identity proof of the employment which is issued on the last date of the test and if he/she wants an exemption from the computer test then he/she must have to bring an original certificate
• Only after the verification process, the aspirant can be appear
• If a candidate didn’t opt for the application form then he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination
• No request for changing examination will be processed.

• The aspirants can apply the application from the official website of authority via online mode
• The application form can be downloaded only by the official site
• The application form needs to be filled in complete aspects otherwise it will be rejected
• Only a blue or black ball pen must be used for the signature. It is requested to not write the name in capital letters which can lead to the rejection
• The candidate should only encircle a duly self-attested ID-Card/Certificate which is being delivered from the employer in proof of employment and in case of claiming exemption from Computer Knowledge Test then the candidate may also assign the self-attested copy of the passed course or certificate/degree with the application form.
• Two passport size photographs should be attached to the application form in which it is required to have the husband/father’s name on the back.
• The envelope which contains the application form must be reached at the given address of the schedule.
• Candidate can check their status of application hence there will be no acknowledgement card will be sent.
• The application form will automatically be rejected if he/she might fail to complete eligibility criteria

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR HARTRON SETC -2023:-
The eligibility criteria are mentioned below:-
• The aspirant must have to be existing or newly recruited in Clerk –cum computer operators, office associate, and clerk – cum data entry operators, clerk –cum typist of government department/corporation/board or any agencies in the state of Haryana
• Filling the eligibility criteria is a must.
Some of the general information regarding SETC examination 2023:-
• A clerk who is exempt from SETC phase exam 1 OR computer knowledge test then if he/she has developed the necessary computer knowledge certificate from the permitted official agencies like- HKCL, HARTRON, NIELIT, etc.
• If any of the workers has passed the Computer Knowledge test as well as typing test (on the computer) in one language, then the aspirant is released from the computer information test if they wish to pass the test in another language
• Applicants, who have degrees in B.Tech / M.Tech / Computers / MCA / BCA / Diploma in Computers from any known institute, including polytechnics, can apply without giving any online test.
• Applicants with a State certificate from Haryana in IT from HKCL can also apply without SETC Part 1 Computer Test.

There will be only a 5-minute duration for the test.
The candidate has to appear for a speed test in typing in English/ Hindi or both languages. The applicant should stipulate their language option for the speed test.
KRUTI DEV 010 is the font in which the Hindi typing test will be conducted and the candidates, who will successfully pass the Computer Knowledge Test (Part-I) will be exempted.
RESULT FOR HARTRON SETC 2023:-
The result for HARTRON SETC will be declared on the official website through the authority. All the aspirants are advised to keep checking the website for updates. From the result, the marks will be confirmed although the aspirants can check their scorecard.
