Guru Ravidas Ayurved University (GRAU), Hoshiarpur, Punjab has not yet released the admission dates for 2026. The application form for admission to GRAU is usually released in the first week of February and the last date to fill the application form is usually in the first week of July.

Eligibility Criteria of Guru Ravidas Ayurved University.

According to the University the admission process are based on the merits as well as the entrance exam followed by an counselling.

• Therefore, for the admission in UG courses candidates need to complete their 10+2 examination from any recognized Board in science stream having Physics, Chemistry, Biology as their main subjects with atleast 45% marks in aggregate for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC or ST category candidates.

• Moreover, candidates who are willing to apply for the PG courses need to complete their Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda/ Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery from any recognized University. Along with that the candidates will get selected on the basis of Entrance Exam and the counselling.

• Similarly, for the admission in PhD courses candidates need to complete their MS/ MD in any medical stream from any recognized University. However the admissions are based on the Entrance Exam as well as the counselling.

Since, the candidates offer only few courses under UG, PG and Doctoral courses. Some of the courses are as follows :

Entrance Exam in Guru Ravidas Ayurved University.

Some of the courses admissions are only based on the entrance exam. Those courses are mentioned below.

• Now, for the admissions in UG courses candidates need to complete their NEET UG examination followed by a counselling.

• Whereas for the admissions in PG courses candidates need to score good marks in AIA PGET examination followed by counseling.

• Candidates who are willing to apply for the PhD courses will be selected for the admission process on the basis of merit.

Instructions regarding Ph.D. entrance test:

A candidate can choose any of the courses in the written test according to their choices.

Admit cards are available on the university website which will be sent to the candidates on their email Ids. 

There will be no negative marking in the entrance test.
