GITAM Admission 2024-25: Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) is declared as one of the best deemed university in India. The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, commonly known as GITAM, Visakhapatnam is one of the best private engineering universities established in 1980. It was previously known as GITAM College, affiliated with Andhra University. The University of GITAM has been approved by UGC. The status of a university was granted in 2007. The Institute has different campus in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru. Various programmes are offered by the University. Programmes such as Under Graduate (UG) Programmes, Post Graduate (PG) Programmes, Research Programmes, Diploma and Certificate Programmes. The university offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Diploma, Research, Certificate courses, etc. in different fields, including Technology, Pharmacy, Science, Management, International Business, Architecture, Law, International Business, Medical Sciences and Research, Nursing, etc. and it also offers distance learning education to students for various courses. There are integrated courses for B.Tech & M.Tech and B.Sc & M.Sc in this institute. There are various specializations under different courses that are provided by the University. Students are free to choose courses according to their requirements.
The University welcomes international students i.e. there is an exchange program for students of GITAM. Students are sent to international college to study and learn new things for one semester. There is also an option of distance learning that is offered by the University.
The fees for B. Tech. course at Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) ranges from INR 222000 per annum to INR 299500 per annum. The fees for MBA course ranges from INR 180000 to INR 225000 per annum. The fees B. Pharma. course is INR 200000 per annum.
The University has training and placement centre. This centre provides training to the students which helps them to build confidence and enhance their skills. Till now, more than 30000 have been placed.
GITAM Admission 2024 Eligibility Criteria
There are certain basic eligibility criteria which are to be fulfilled by the candidates who are willing to opt for GITAM Admission 2024-25. We have mentioned below the eligibility criteria for various degree programmes which are offered by the university.
- To be eligible for the Bachelor’s degree, a candidate must have passed class 12th with 50%-60% marks. For admission to engineering courses, it is mandatory to qualify for the JEE or any other relevant examination.
- For the Master’s degree programme, the candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.

The GITAM University has its own student portal where it will display the details about the student, their fees, their attendance, and every other detail regarding the course. Those who have submitted the application and have been selected for admission must submit their fees before the last date to confirm their admission. We have mentioned below the steps which you can follow to submit the fees as per GITAM Fee Structure 2024.

- Click on “G-Pay” from the upper menu bar
- After clicking on the “G-Pay” you will get diverted to the payment portal
- You have to sign in to the portal
- Enter Student Registration Number
- Enter Parent’s Mobile Number
- Enter the Captcha code shown on the screen
- Click on “Sign in” and continue with the payment process
- You will get the options of Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking, etc to make the fee payment
- And download the fee receipt after the transaction
