GIPE Application Process 2024

Students can apply online through the official website of the institute. The student must check the schedule of events, or eligibility criteria before applying. They need to read all the guidelines first before filling the application form. These guidelines are available on the official website. Below is the process of online application from the website.

Visit the official website https://admission.gipe.ac.in/landing.
You need to register yourself as a first user, where username, mail id & password is needed.
After successfully getting, you need to fill the application form including personal details, academic details, course details etc.
Additionally, upload all the mandatory documents in the given format.
Finally, Payment of an application form has to be done.
Candidate must keep a print copy of this application form just for any future references.

For B.Sc. Economics – New Last date to apply – June 2024
Likewise, For M.Sc Programme – New Last date to apply – June 2024

Eligibility Criteria for GIPE 2024

Aspiring candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the entrance test. Fails to do so may cause rejection in admission at any point in time. Following is the eligibility criteria which is already on the official website of the institute.

For Bachelor Degree Programme – Student must pass from XII with no less than 60% marks in aggregate. Criteria for reserved categories like SC / ST, 50% is mandatory.
For Master Programmes – Candidates need to secure atleast 50% marks in graduation from recognized institute. For reserved category 45% is mandatory.
Moreover, for PhD – Candidate must have a master’s degree in economics/ law/ Sociology/ Agriculture/ Research etc. 55% is a must in the master programme to get eligible for P.hD. 50% is for reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC.

Mandatory Documents requirement at the time of Admission:

Candidates need to upload the digital copy of the following documents in the entrance exam 2022.

Self Attested XII Certificate
Bachelor programmes certification.
Birth Certificate, Caste certificate, No Objection Certificate.
Student Passport size photograph in the prescribed format.

Final Seat Allotment

Finally, After the successful conduction of an entrance exam, the university now will shortlist the candidates. The selection will be on the basis of marks in GIPE or any qualifying marks. The eligibility criteria is also to be considered in this step. University will notify candidates, and selected candidates must reach the university campus and do the admission formalities.
