GBPUAT Fee Structure 2026-27: It is the first Agriculture University which offered Agricultural Sciences for the development of rural sector in India. This University is situated in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. There are nine constituent colleges which runs numerous UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs in different streams i.e. Agriculture, Forestry, Home Science, Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Food Technology, Biotechnology and Engineering. Govind Ballabh Pant University of Technology and Agriculture (GBPUAT), also known as Pantnagar University, was founded in 1960 in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. Currently, it offers 2 undergraduate courses, 8 postgraduate courses and 7 doctoral courses.

Admission to B.Tech Programs shall be made through JEE entrance exam. Candidates who are seeking admission in MBA courses should have valid score card of CAT/CMAT. GBPUAT entrance exam is conducted by the university for master’s program.
In Bachelor of Science B.Sc {Hons.} there are 3 different streams namely Agriculture, Forestry &Horticulture
In Bachelor of Technology there are 2 different streams namely Agricultural Engineering & Biotechnology
In Master of Science M.Sc {Hons.} there are 21 different streams namely
Agronomy, Agricultural Entomology, Agricultural Economics, Plant Pathology, Watershed Management, Fruit Science, Seed Science & Technology, Forest Products And Utilization, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Biotechnology, Genetics And Plant Breeding, Horticulture-Vegetable Science, Silviculture And Agro-Forestry

In M.Tech programs, admission shall be made on the marks of qualifying GATE exam. Admission to Ph.D. programs will be based on ICAR entrance Exam.
