Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, formerly and more popularly known as Sagar University or the University of Saugor, is a Central University in the city of Sagar, the state of MAdhya Pradesh or, India. It was formerly named “Sagar University”. The university provides mostly specialization in various courses of Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. programmes. This University gives specialization in more than 100 courses. The University also provides distance programmes/courses in various fields of education with all the details of programmes with the time table attached to it. DHSGSU Entrance Test is compulsory for taking admission in the university. DHSGSU Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

The candidates have to apply in the university website and check the eligibility criteria with regard to the course. There is DHSGSU compulsory for the candidate applying for the course of postgraduate and doctorate. The candidate once selected has to pay the fees in the draft with reference to the name of the university.

Programmes Courses in Dr. Hari singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya:

Doctoral Programmes: Candidate must be holding a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject, likewise of at least 55% (or equally important) moreover candidates should have the necessary language skills for their course. List of the course which application forms are available:

DHSGSU Online Application form 2026

Candidates who are seeking admission to this university first have to meet the eligibility criteria then they can fill the online application form from the website of university. All the guidelines related to application form are given in the information bulletin.

Candidate can apply for DHSGSU entrance examination through university website.

For applying online the candidate have to register on university website with the details of the education qualifications. The application form of DHSGSU entrance examination is June 30, 2026 . The candidate must be paying the fees online for the entrance examination. The university will provide merit list and admission will be given on basis of merit list. Please fill all the correct details in the application form because any type of ambiguity will not be bear by the authorities and admission will be cancelled.
