DHWU Fee Structure 2026-27 | UG & PG Course : Diamond Harbour Women’s University is the women university and is approved by UGC (University Grants Commission). The University comsist of two faculties i.e. Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Science. There are different programmes offered by the University i.e. Post Graduate Programme, Master of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy and Certificate Programme. The University has prescribed different eligibility criteria for different courses and students must go through all the criteria before applying for the admission. In the year 2012, Diamond Harbour Women’s University was founded. It is the first university in the district of Parganas 24 South. With the introduction of 2-year, 4-semester PG courses in six subjects; Bengali, English, History, Political Science, Education and Women’s Studies, the University has already begun to operate from the academic year 2014-15.

Diamond Harbour Women’s University Fees Structure 2026-27
Students are provided with various facilities within the University campus i.e. Library Facility, Hostel Facility, Cafeteria Facility, Health Facility etc.
Students of 2nd and 4th semester belonging to departments of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Geography and Botany has to submit Rs 3200 whereas students belonging to departments of Bengali, English, Political Science, Philosophy, History, Education, Mathematics, Sanskrit and Women‘s Studies has to submit Rs 2600. Hence, if students does not submit this enrollment fees on time then they will be charged additional Rs 50 per day as a fine.
The students of this University are eligible for Kanyashree-3 Scheme of the Government of West Bengal. The University encourages and guides students to apply for different financial assistances that is provided from time to time by the Government.
