As the name suggests “Dharma“, the university is working on the concept of Justice like right ethics based on true circumstances, moral values, being helpful to others, giving charity, natural characteristics and use of duty and law to helping others. The motto of this university to speak the truth and conduct in accordance with dharma. It offers Law courses at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Certificate levels. DNLU provides students with undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the field of law. The courses offered are affiliated with India’s Bar Council. The basic eligibility criteria should be met by candidates seeking admission to these courses along with a valid CLAT exam score. The university was set up with a vision of providing students with quality legal education by providing systematic training programs and classroom education.
The courses offered by the University i.e. BA LL.B(Hons), B.Sc LL.B (Hons), B.Com LL.B (Hons), BBA LL.B (Hons), LL.B, and LLM. Selection in LL.M programs will be based on graduation marks and the personal interview conducted by the university. Candidates who are under the reserved category shall submit a copy of the relevant certificate at the time of admission.

Basically the university provides integrated courses. The duration of such courses in 5 years consists of both UG and PG courses. Eligibility for such courses is a candidate must have obtained senior secondary (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate (40% marks for reserved candidates). He/She must have passed the CLAT Exam.
