Cotton University is referred as a public state university located in Guwahati. Cotton University includes centre for women’s studies in the main campus. This Center is looked after by the senior faculties and has one assistant professor. This centre provides an environment that provides an informed space and network of feminists, academics, artists and civil society for different genders community that engages with conversations and interventions around women’s concerns. The University also provides different courses at different levels i.e. UG, PG and Ph.D.
