Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University follows CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) and it comprises of different departments that provides courses in different fields such as Bengali, Sanskrit, Hindi, English, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Education and many more. The University provides different programmes i.e. Under Graduation (UG) Programmes, Post Graduation (PG) Programmes, M.Phil and Ph.D. Programmes. Students are provided with recruitment facility i.e. companies visits the University to hire the students who are eligibile and deserves the opportunity.

The University has prescribed admission fees from different courses that are as follows:-
MA:- Rs 100
M.Sc.:- Rs 100
M.Com:- Rs 200
BLIS:- Rs 300
MLIS:- Rs 300
Students can submit their fees through online mode i.e. credit card and debit card. Once the students have filled their application form and then they wants to withdraw herself/himself from the admission procedure, then no refund will be granted once the payment is made.
If students paid twice for one payment than amount will be paid back 15 to 20 working days. Convenience Fee and Taxes charged would not be refunded.

Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University Fee Payment and Refund
- Students can make fee payments at Cooch Behar Panchanan through Credit Card/Debit Card or by Bank Account
- After making an application for a seat, if the student wants to withdraw himself/herself from the admission procedure the following charges will be applied if already paid. [Application Fee, Admission Fee].
- No refund will be granted once the payment is done.
- If a student paid twice for one payment then the transaction amount will be paid within 15 to 20 working days via the same source.
- Convenience Fees & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
